WHITE PENSTEMON:   This beautiful little prairie plant certainly deserves a place in the rock garden. Dainty white tubular flowers appear in mid summer on a 20 cm tall raceme. Overall the plant reaches only 30 cm in height.  Bees and other pollinating insects love this one and it may even attract a hummingbird or two if your lucky. Seeds should be moist stratified for 3 weeks then seeded direct in a sunny, warm, and well-drained site. Flowers will appear in year two. As with all the Penstemons we grow, none are aggressive in nature and add variety to the garden.  40 seeds.    NF817
