PRAIRIE CONEFLOWER: Also know as Yellow Coneflower, this prairie native grows to 75 cm with bright sunny yellow blossoms, whose petals hang down from a greenish cone. Sow outdoors in early May in a sunny location, or fall seed.   For spring seeding, seeds should be dry stratified for 5 weeks prior to planting.  Prefers a well drained soil mixture and looks best when planted in groups.  A great choice for naturalizing a dry site.  150 seeds.    NF828
