WILD BERGAMOT: Also known as 'horsemint' or 'bee balm', this native flower gives off a fragrant smell. Stems are square-shaped and branch on top, with a flower head at the end of each branch. Pink and lavender flowers. Grows best in sandy soils along riverbanks and at woodland edges. Leaves are used in teas and to flavor meats. Sow outdoors in early spring - do not cover the seeds as they need light to germinate. Placing the seeds in the fridge for two weeks prior to planting will help the germination. Attracts bees and hummingbirds. Grows to 60cm (24" high).   70 seeds.    NF808
