
CHRYSANTHEMUM:
A traditional flower for the cottage or cut
flower garden, this species produces an abundance of deep yellow daisy-like
flowers from mid-summer until early September.
The foliage is a handsome silver-grey.
Plants grow 60-80 cm tall and prefer the sun. Seeds can be direct sown in late April or started indoors in
early April to be transplanted
after the last frost. Cover
the seeds with 1 cm of soil and keep moist and warm. Easy germinator.
